So right after the guy from the glass shop came and fixed my car on a city sidewalk, I was left to resort to parking in the exact same spot where the crime had occured a few days ago. So every night, I poke my head out my window, hoping something opens up, just for my own piece of mind, and finally, last night it happened! I got a parking spot on my street!
And this morning, Husbone reports back from the outside world, that there are signs for 30 rock posted all over the street and we have to move our cars again by 4 pm.
Well. I didn’t move my car, and it was nice of them not to tow it. And I got my own private showing of 30 Rock, performed live, right across the street from my house. The Woman in the hat is Tina Fey, I think the blonde woman is Nancy Walls (Steve Carells wife) and the older man is Edward Herrmann who recently did a short stint on Grey’s Anatomy as the old Intern.
Also, I wrote a new border action because I have a new logo coming soon! and I think it’s nicer this way – now you can see the whole picture! This was taken through my dirty windows and my dirty screen. I think it came out ok! I took it from my office chair!
Watching stuff like this go on makes me so happy I let go of acting. I just hated having to do all that set up and waiting around for such short scenes. Sometimes, I would have to sit in my dressing room being very quiet (It was a small studio) and waiting around ALL DAY only to find that they didn’t have any time left to shoot my scene. Sigh. I’m so happy I work from home now.
Come back tomorrow for pictures of the lovely Tara and mysterious Ed who are coming all the way up from DC to have little old me take some nice cold time pictures for them! Yay! Then it’s off to Mexico for the Jose Villa workshop in Guadalajara!
