This is my friend Brittney, and her family. She and Vero took in my dear kitties for a whole year! When we transplanted ourselves from East to West, and made a cry for help on Facebook, little did I know that I would have the chance to reconnect with one of the coolest girls I ever knew from high school, and get to know Vero, each of them whose easy laughter and enthusiasm make you feel like an awesome person. I’m so grateful to have met four generations of Brittney’s family – an insight I was never privy to until now.
Brittney’s grandmother came to the states from a small fishing village in Germany. And this is the family she made.
